On April 1, 2024, Style Free, Inc. formulated a general employer action plan based on the "Act on the Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace" and the "Act on the Advancement of Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation", and we would like to make it public.

Additionally, as the number of employees has exceeded three hundred (300), we will also disclose the mid-career recruitment ratio and the paternity leave acquisition rate of male employees based on the "Act on the Comprehensive Promotion of Labor Policies."
