- Is it true that I can choose your own projects?
-
Yes, it is true.
Based on the interviews conducted during the onboarding process, our sales representatives extract projects that match your preferences from our pool of ongoing 1,000 to 2,000 projects!
We present about 5 to 6 projects on average, and you can choose a project that interests you or one that you would like participate in.
Of course, it is not merely about selecting projects. We also listen to your feedback on project extensions or changing to another project. We consult with engineers before proceeding, so rest assured that there is no worry about extensions being made without your permission!
-
- Can I be involved in in-house development?
-
We initially plan to have you mainly participate in client projects, but there are also opportunities to be involved in in-house development such as contracted development and in-house service development. For example, it is possible to launch your own service through our new business competition.
In the past two (2) years, contracted development has nearly doubled in terms of sales, number of employees involved (from 10 people to 20 people), and number of projects, making it one of the businesses that we are focusing on.
We regularly have opportunities for participation, so those interested in in-house development can consult with us.
Let's go beyond boundaries and get excited!
